Norway's double Olympic biathlon champion Emil Hegle Svendsen won the latest round of the World Cup series here on Saturday in the pursuit. The 26-year-old five-time world champion timed 33min 9sec edging out compatriot Tarjei Boe by a tenth of a second while Swiss biathlete Benjamin Weger was third, 13.8sec adrift. Svendsen's win lifts him to equal top of the World Cup standings alongside Carl Johan Bergman of Sweden.
