Zamalek\'s management announced on Thursday that they have reached an agreement with Al Ahram Advertising Agency to sign a one-year sponsorship worth LE25 million. The Ahram agency was competing with the company Promo Ad, which raised the bid to around LE24 million. Zamalek reduced the sponsorship deal period from three years to one in a step to gain more benefits and to allow more companies to take part in the competition. Zamalek’s arch-rivals Ahly signed a huge sponsorship deal with the Ahram agency last May worth LE141 million, the largest in Egyptian history.
