Coach unhappy with lack of professionalism.Diego Maradona has revealed his concern about the strengthening of his squad and the professionalism of the players ahead of Al Wasl\'s first Etisalat Pro League match — which kicks off Sunday.Maradona said of his pursuit for a fourth Asian foreigner: \"With regards to Richard Porta [a club target], negotiations have run into some problems. I\'m surprised because financially he is not too expensive. But the club is taking time. I\'d have hoped the process of bringing him here would have been a bit quicker than this, actually I\'m a bit disappointed by that.\"Al Wasl play Sharjah on Sunday at 9pm in El Diego\'s first league match in charge. In two friendlies and four Etisalat Cup matches so far the former Argentine number 10 has won three, lost three, the heaviest defeat being a 5-0 thrashing away to Dubai Club last weekend.Speaking in the Friday night conference ahead of Sharjah, Diego added: \"I\'d asked for four reinforcements at the start and it didn\'t happen. I\'m very happy with the signing of [Abdullah] Abdul Rahman from Al Ahli this week but we still need reinforcements. I\'ll deal with what I have for now but the request for reinforcements remains with [the chairman] Mr Marwan Bin Bayat.\"El Diego added: \"We have some problems attracting players. When I came on board Ashraf [Ahmad Mohammad] was the CEO and we got six players — but he\'s since left. ...Now there\'s a problem getting Porta. I understand it\'s difficult but there\'s a difference between a player that\'s 20 million and one that\'s 1 million. A player worth 20 million may get one or two goals a season but I\'d be happy if he only hit the post if he costs 1 million.\"Adding of his local players, Maradona said: \"I\'m annoyed with a few things with players. There\'s a bit of a lack of professionalism. Training is not consistent.\"
