Doctors have been amazed by the 24-year-old\'s progress, and he could be heading home from hospital soon following his cardiac arrest at White Hart Lane.Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba could be allowed to leave hospital in as little as a week, according to reports. The Bolton midfielder, who suffered a cardiac arrest during their match against Tottenham at White Hart Lane last month, turns 24 on Good Friday and could soon be discharged from hospital.Chairman Phil Gartside was the last to visit Muamba in hospital, and manager Owen Coyle said everyone at the club was delighted to hear how well he has improved.“We are just thrilled to bits,” he told The Mirror.“Fabrice is doing very well. Phil was down to see him, along with the doctor and the chaplain. We have people popping in and out all of the time.” The England Under-21 international is believed to be only a few test away from being released, but Coyle is wary that people should not get ahead of themselves.“My hope is that he comes back to have a great family life with Shauna and young Joshua. Anything else will be a bonus,\" he added.“Given his improvement there is always hope, but we don’t want to get too far ahead of ourselves.”
