Ukraine will play their "home" Davis Cup World Group tie

Ukraine will play their "home" Davis Cup World Group tie against Belgium in the Estonian capital Tallinn, world tennis' governing body announced on Tuesday.
The neutral venue was proposed by the Ukrainian Tennis Federation, who retained choice of ground after the tie was unable to be staged in Ukraine because of ongoing political tension there.
The tie will be played on indoor hard court, the International Tennis Federation said.
The Ukraine-Belgium tie is one of eight World Group play-offs that will be held on September 12-14, alongside the two World Group semi-finals between France and Czech Republic in Paris, and Switzerland and Italy in Geneva.
A second tie, between Israel and Argentina, is also to be held at a neutral venue, in Sunrise, Florida, because of the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
