Shanghai Shenhua have confirmed they want to bring Chelsea striker Didier Drogba to the ambitious Chinese club. The club signalled their ambition by agreeing a two-year deal with Nicolas Anelka, which starts in the New Year, and they want to unite the Frenchman with his Stamford Bridge team-mate.The Ivory Coast international\'s future remains uncertain as his current contract is due to expire in the summer and he has already rebuffed the club\'s offer of a one-year extension.Drogba has been in excellent form under Andre Villas-Boas with four goals in his last four outings, including a double in last week\'s 3-0 UEFA Champions League win over Valencia. Shenhua are aware of Drogba\'s talents and director Zhou Jun claims they have already held initial talks with the 33-year-old hit-man.\"Drogba is an excellent player. We got in touch with him two weeks ago,\" commented Zhou.\"From our club\'s perspective, we have this to say - if he is willing to come, we will definitely welcome him.\"
