An Oklahoma City lawyer and accountant are disputing possession of club-level tickets for home games for the city\'s NBA team, the Thunder. Doug Friesen, the lawyer, says he had a handshake agreement with Diane Strube and her husband that they would buy two season tickets and he would get one-third of them, The Oklahoman reported Wednesday. Strube says the agreement was only for last year and it has now expired. John B. Heatly, Strube\'s lawyer, argues Friesen\'s lawsuit should be dismissed. \"We just think there\'s no legal claim, no recognizable legal claim. It ought to be just dismissed,\" Heatly said. Strube said she and her husband gave last year\'s tickets to Friesen\'s girlfriend and had no dealings with the lawyer. They also say they found Friesen had sold some of the tickets without going through the Thunder\'s agent although they were bought with a no-scalping clause attached.
