Feldman (5-6), starting in place of the injured Roy Oswalt, controlled the White Sox, holding them to seven hits without issuing a walk while striking out five. The right-hander didn\'t allow a runner past second base as the American League West-leading Rangers salvaged one victory in their three-game set against AL Central-leading Chicago. Joe Nathan tossed a 1-2-3 ninth inning for his 21st save. The Rangers scored one of their runs on a fielding error by Alexei Ramirez in the third inning and another on Michael Young\'s fifth-inning groundout. White Sox starter Gavin Floyd (8-9) surrendered five walks and seven hits over 6 2/3 innings for Chicago, allowing two runs (one earned).
