World No. 1 golfer Rory McIlroy is considering two bids for his $3.2 million estate outside Belfast in Northern Ireland, his real estate agent says. Real estate agent Michael Rodgers told The Irish Independent Tuesday the 23-year-old PGA Championship winner is close to closing on a deal for the 10,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion at Moneyreagh in the Castlereagh hills above the city. \"All the people who have viewed this property are capable of buying the house. We\'ve had no time-wasters,\" Rodgers told the newspaper. The bids have reportedly been submitted by an international businessman with interests in Northern Ireland and local person now living in London who is planning to return home. McIlroy put his Belfast home up for sale in September and is buying a $10 million house in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., near The Bear\'s Club course, Golf Digest reported. The magazine said McIlroy and his girlfriend, Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki, have closed on the purchase of a 15,286-square-foot home in the exclusive Florida community.
