One of the more bizarre scenes in golf has happened in the European Tour\'s Hassan Trophy in Morocco. South African Branden Grace has lost his ball in a bunker after it appeared to plug deep in the sand from enormously high ball flight. Despite desperate efforts from Grace, his caddy and his playing partners the ball couldn\'t be found, with the veteran commentators saying they\'d never seen anything like it in their careers. It\'s been a wild day for Grace\'s group with Robert Rock scoring an 11 on a par 4. New Zealand\'s Michael Campbell also had a day to forget recording an 81. After commencing with two birdies, the crestfallen 2005 U.S. Open champion dropped six strokes in his last four holes. It left Campbell third-to-last in the 126-player field, and just one stroke fewer than former U.S Amateur winner Peter Uhlein, who had a consecutive quadruple and double bogey in his 83. Campbell\'s playing partner John Daly returned to competition with a 77 Damien McGrane of Northern Ireland leads the tournament by two strokes after carding a 7-under-par 65.
