France and Montpellier flanker Fulgence Ouedraogo has extended his contract with the Top 14 side, the club announced on Tuesday. The club said that the 27-year-old Ouedraogo, who has 33 caps, had committed his future to the club where he learnt his trade without giving details. "He should commit for two or three years," a source close to the club told AFP, adding: "there were still details to be ironed out." Speculation had been rife about Quedraogo's future with his contract due to expire at the end of the season, and the flanker telling the press he had "two or three offers" from other clubs. His decision to stay could open the way for France flanker and Montpellier star François Trinh-Duc, a close friend of Ouedraogo, who is also at the end of his contract, to commit to a new deal.
