Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent has been indicted for felony intoxication manslaughter following a car crash that killed a teammate, prosecutors say. The Dallas County District Attorney\'s office Wednesday announced the indictment against Brent, who police say was driving during a Dec. 8 crash that claimed the life of his passenger, Cowboys linebacker Jerry Brown. Authorities said Brent, 24, had a blood alcohol content of .189 -- more than twice the legal limit -- when he hit a curb and flipped his car while traveling at an \"unreasonable speed\" on an Irving, Texas, street after leaving a Dallas nightclub. While Brent suffered only minor injuries in the crash, Brown was pronounced dead after being taken from the scene to a local hospital. The defensive lineman remains free on bond while awaiting the setting of a trial date. Brent\'s bail was reduced from $500,000 to $100,000 last week after Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins said he wasn\'t a flight risk, The Dallas Morning News reported.
