Thomas supplied 14 and eight. Sam Thompson also reached double figures with 10 points for the Buckeyes (5-1), who bounced back from a Wednesday loss to Duke. The Norse (0-5) got 11 points and nine rebounds from Jalen Billups but managed only 27.1 percent shooting from the field.
