The Chicago Bulls and the Chicago mayor\'s office said the NBA team will build a practice facility next to United Center, where the Bulls play. The team and Mayor Rahm Emanuel said the facility, which is expected to be completed in time for the 2014-2015 season, will be built on what is now Parking Lot J and will replace the current practice facility -- Berto Center in Deerfield, which has been used for the past three decades, the Chicago Tribune reported Friday. The team first announced in June it was considering building the practice center.
