In Bukhatir Twenty20 Challenge Cup, Wings Cricket Club\'s Zaheer Baig bagged seven wickets for just four runs to guide his team to an 81-run win at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Baig\'s spell was indeed special as he took seven of the nine wickets that fell in the match. Farooq Club were restricted to 118 for 9 while chasing Wings Cricket Club\'s impressive total of 199 for 9. In Dubai\'s Oasis Chemical Cricket Cup, veteran left-arm spinner Freddy Sidhwa produced yet another four wicket spell. His spell of 4 for 20 gave Seven Seas Strikers a 57-run win over Dubai Lions. Last week Sidhwa had destroyed Golden Line Club with a spell of 4 for 32.Quarterfinal However, the quarterfinal matches of the Dubai Cricket Council\'s Emerging League were dominated by batsmen. Aided by Azhar Gul\'s knock of 100 runs, G Force raced to a 28-runs victory over Fly Emirates B team. ECMIT won their quarterfinal match against Solanki Club through Sujit Salian\'s 76 runs while Globe Link Weststar defeated Fanatic Club in another quarterfinal match through Rejas Khan knock of 61 runs. Finest knock The finest knock in Dubai came from Kaleem Burhan in the Dubai Cricket Council\'s Summer Cup. He cracked an unbeaten 150 off just 50 balls to help Care Fare Club race past Merlin Club\'s total of 193 for 6 in 20 overs. Care Fare won the match by nine wickets in 14.4 overs. In another match, Rohit Behal of ECMIT played a match winning role for his team scoring a rapid 79 runs in 48 balls with ten fours and a couple of sixes to scamper past Titans\'score of 149 for 8 in 20 overs. ECMIT won on 17.5 overs.
