Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, who suffered a possible season-ending injury Sunday, was fined $21,000 by the NFL for a horse-collar tackle. It was the second week Urlacher, who strained his right hamstring during a 23-17 overtime loss to Seattle at Soldier Field, was fined for a horse-collar tackle. He was fined $15,750 for an illegal tackle against Vikings running back Adrian Peterson in a home game Nov. 25 and $21,000 for making a horse-collar tackle of Seahawks running back Leon Washington last Sunday. Urlacher appealed the horse-collar tackle fine against Peterson and said he plans to appeal the fine for tackling Washington. \"For sure,\" he told the Chicago Tribune. \"My last appeal went real good.\" Urlacher could miss the Bears remaining four regular season games with a Grade 2 right hamstring sprain and is listed as out for Sunday\'s rematch against the Vikings in Minneapolis.
