Evan Turner highlighted a big fourth quarter Friday that lifted Philadelphia to a 99-80 victory over Atlanta and snapped the 76ers\' five-game losing streak. Turner scored 12 of his 21 points in the final period and had four during a 10-0 run early in the quarter that broke open the game. Atlanta suffered its second consecutive loss and dropped to 7-4 on the road. Philadelphia shot 51 percent from the field with Thaddeus Young producing 18 points, 11 rebounds and five steals. Jason Richardson added 17 points, eight boards and seven assists. The 76ers have defeated Atlanta in each of their last six meetings. Philadelphia\'s Jrue Holiday, who had missed four games with a sprained left foot, scored 11 points in his return. Josh Smith led Atlanta with 17 points. Philadelphia had only a four-point lead with 9:30 to play when it went on its key run.
