Kobe Bryant scored 24 points Tuesday, including a dramatic 3-pointer in the closing seconds of the Los Angeles Lakers\' 91-87 win over New Jersey. Bryant knocked down a wide-open trey with 6.8 seconds to play -- although the ball bounced on the rim a couple of times before dropping in and snuffing out a furious rally by the Nets. Pau Gasol added 22 points and 12 rebounds for the Lakers, who won their third consecutive game despite being without injured center Andrew Bynum. Ramon Sessions finished with 19 points and 11 assists for LA. Deron Williams led the Nets with 20 points and Kris Humphries scored 18 and pulled down 15 rebounds. New Jersey saw its three-game winning streak come to an end. The Nets trailed most of the game but made a bid to extend their winning streak in the fourth quarter with a 15-8 run down the home stretch. Williams hit a 3-pointer that tied the game 86-86 with 1:29 to play but Bryant responded with a fade-away jumper that gave the Lakers the lead with 1:11 left.
