Ramon Sessions put Charlotte in front with 29 seconds to play Wednesday and the Bobcats survived down the stretch to defeat Toronto 98-97. Charlotte won its second straight and prevented the Raptors from posting what would have been their second road victory of the season. After Sessions scored the final points of the game, Toronto had five chances to go back in front, but DeMar DeRozan missed one shot and had another one blocked, Jose Calderon misfired on a 3-point attempt, a jumper by Kyle Lowry was blocked and Andrea Bargnani\'s desperation shot with 2 seconds to go was no good. Kemba Walker led Charlotte with 19 points and Sessions had 14. Charlotte has won five out of six and with six victories overall is just one win away from equaling its total from all of last season. Bargnani led the Raptors with 25 points and Lowry had 21.
