Tyler Moore, Ryan Zimmerman and Ian Desmond all homered during an early onslaught Wednesday that lifted the Washington Nationals to an 11-5 bashing of Colorado. The Nationals scored nine times in the first four innings and coasted to their second straight win on the heels of seven losses in 10 contests. Both sides had 14 hits. Moore hit a two-run homer in the second and both Zimmerman and Desmond had solo shots in the third. Zimmerman drove in a run with a groundout in the first and another with a double in the fourth. Jordan Zimmerman (4-6) benefited from the outburst, getting the win while allowing a lone run on eight hits in seven innings. Edwar Cabrera (0-1), called up from Class AA Tulsa to make his first major league start, surrendered five runs on five hits in 2 1/3 innings.
