John Jaso\'s RBI single climaxed a three-run, ninth-inning rally Wednesday that vaulted Seattle to a 4-3 win over Texas. The Mariners had been blanked for 23 consecutive innings by Texas pitching before pushing across a run in the eighth and they then pounded closer Joe Nathan in the ninth to halt the Rangers\' three-game winning streak. Nathan (0-2) has been the losing pitcher in the only two Rangers\' losses, having given up a ninth-inning homer in a setback to the Chicago White Sox last week. With Texas holding a 3-1 lead, Justin Smoak opened the ninth with a single and went to third on a double by Kyle Seager. Jesus Montero followed with a sacrifice fly and Michael Saunders doubled home the tying run. After Saunders stole third, Jaso put the Mariners in front with his single. Texas put the tying run on second with one away in the bottom of the inning before Brandon League struck out Ian Kinsler and got Elvis Andrus on a liner to first. It was League\'s third save and protected the first big league victory for Lucas Luetge, who struck out two batters over 1 1/3 innings. Kinsler and Andrus hit back-to-back solo homers in the seventh to give Texas a 3-0 lead.
