Sofiane Guitoune

France wing Sofiane Guitoune is ruled out of Sunday's Six Nations match against Italy and has been replaced by Marc Andreu, the team announced at their training camp outside Paris on Tuesday.
The Bordeaux-Begles back, who played in the 20-13 defeat against Wales in Paris. picked up a thigh injury during his club's Top 14 defeat against Stade Francais on Saturday.
"Sofiane Guitoune underwent medical tests today (Tuesday) and did not take part in training. He will not be 100 per cent fit." read a team statement.
Racing Metro's Andreu, 29, who has made seven appearances for France but hasn't played at since the tour of New Zealand in June 2013,steps in.
"Disappointed to leave the team but a bit bothered by my hamstring which prevents me from being 100%. Supporting the team with all my heart," Guitoune said on his Twitter account.
France are fourth in the six team table after three matches and picked up their only victory on the opening day when they defeated Scotland 15-8 at the Stade de France.
The team were then beaten 18-11 by Ireland and then Wales in a disappointing build-up to the World Cup which takes place later in the year in England.
