The FIFA World Cup Trophy arrived at Cairo International Airport on Thursday, as part of the Trophy promotional trip around the world, as the trophy will be kept in Egypt for three days until Saturday. Cairo International Airport has witnessed the presence of investment, sports, tourism, antiquities, aviation ministers, in addition to an official delegation of the International Federation of Football (FIFA), and many public figures and athletes. This is the second time that the World Cup Trophy has visited the Egyptian territory, within the framework of a promotional tour including 89 countries in the world, before the start of the World Cup in Brazil next year.
