The UAE has celebrated its first win at the current 27th World University Summer Games (Universiade 2013) when they beat Kazakhstan 3-0 in table tennis. The table tennis team of the UAE Higher Education Sports Federation is participating in Universiade 2013 along with nine thousand athletes from 265 countries. Universiade 2013 is being held from July 6th - 17th. The UAE team is set to play against Latvia later today and against Bulgaria tomorrow (Wednesday). Source: WAM
