Tunisia's Etoile du Sahel on Saturday defeated Egypt's Al Ahly team in the African Confederation Cup.

The victory in the game played on Sousse Olympic Stadium sent the Libyan team top of Group A in the African Confederation Cup.

The goal of Youssef Mouihbi added three points to Etoile du Sahel, leaving the title holder Ahly with only seven points in the second spot.

On July 26, Egyptian giants Al Ahly defeated Etoile 1-0 in Suez in the reverse fixtures thanks to a lone goal from winger Walid Soliman.
