Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended yesterday the 1,000 Guineas race at Newmarket. Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance. The UAE horses dominated the meeting with Godolphine's 'Elite Gardens' winning the 3rd race, while Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid's 'Taghrooda' made an impressive run to win the 6th race of the meeting.
