The National Assembly has given the thumbs up to a parliamentary motion to create a contemporary youth and sports committee.
The approval was given during a complementary parliamentary session held today to discuss and assess the current sports situation in the country and to get some clarifications from the government in this regard.
The assembly has accordingly elected five members of the sports committee, notably Rakan Al-Nesef, Abdullah Al-Maiouf, Ouda Al-Rweai, Hamdan Al-Azmi and Abdullah Al-Turaiji.
