Youth and Sports Minister, Hisham bin Mohammed Al-Jowdar has congratulated HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, for winning sixth overall and second in his category in the Dubai International Triathlon Championship which was held in UAE.

The minister stressed that HH Shaikh Nasser’s new victory adds to his successive achievements in the triathlon sport, which entitled him to become of its international champions thanks to his outstanding and influential presence and keenness to compete for top positions.

HH Shaikh Nasser’s exploit embodies the advanced position he is enjoying in the Ironman championships thanks to the constant and direct support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Al-Jowdar added that HH Shaikh Nasser’s success in clinching the sixth overall place, and the second in his category reflects his great potentials and strong determination in all the championships in which he participates.

The minister expressed optimism in HH Shaikh Nasser’s ability to attain outstanding results in the upcoming IRONMAN 70.3 Middle East Championship Bahrain.
