His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani participated along with citizens and residents in the activities of Sports Day, Qatar News Agency QNA said.
HH visited Qatar Sport Federation for Special Needs in Al Duhail on Tuesday morning and witnessed the sports activities of young and senior members of the federation as well as champions of the Asian Games and exchanged talks with them to encourage them to continue to exercise the different sports.
In turn, they expressed their gratitude to HH the Emir for his constant support for them and their pride in his visit.
HH the Emir's participation comes as an encouragement for the different segments of society to exercise and pay attention to sport to be part of their lifestyle, QNA reported.
