Al-Ahly football club have been crowned Egyptian champions for the eighth consecutive season.
The red devils held to a goalless draw with Smouha of Alexandria, wining the first completed season since 2011.
Ahly have a better goal difference and needed only a draw to claim their 8th straight league title.
The domestic competitions have been cancelled over the past two years because of the turmoil in the country.
