The former Ghana captain, Stephen Appiah, is in Iran to join Persepolis soccer club. Appiah is training with Persepolis and has reached an agreement with the club\' s officials but he has not been confirmed by the team\'s Portuguese coach Manuel Jose so far, Tehran Times daily reported on Sunday. The 32-year-old Ghanaian midfielder, who also played for Italian soccer clubs in the past years, has to go for a medical test in Iran within the days, said the report.
