Chicago Fire missed out on the chance to close the gap at the top of the Major League Soccer Eastern Conference after a surprise 1-0 loss at New England Revolution. Diego Fagundez scored the only goal of the game to leave Chicago four points behind conference leaders Sporting Kansas City, who were held to a 0-0 draw at New York Red Bulls. There was also a goalless draw between Toronto FC and Montreal Impact, but DC United came out on top in a five-goal thriller against Columbus Crew. Eddie Gaven put Columbus ahead after seven minutes and after Nick DeLeon equalised, Jairo Arrier swiftly restored the visitors\' advantage. However, Marcelo Saragosa made it 2-2 just before the hour and substitute Lewis Neal snatched a winner in the last minute. There were also plenty of goals in Houston where the Dynamo beat Philadelphia Union 3-1. Jack McInerney cancelled out Macoumba Kandji\'s early opener, but Oscar Garcia put Houston back in front after 71 minutes and Brad Davis sealed the win from the penalty spot soon after. Saturday\'s only away winners were the Colorado Rapids, who won 2-0 at Chivas USA thanks to goals from Martin Rivero and Kamani Hill. From Fifa
