Unidentified gunmen on Monday opened fire at the building of North Sinai Radio Station, in western Arish. The attackers fled the scene immediately, according to eyewitnesses. The eyewitnesses added that fire was opened intensively and sporadically at the building with security men exchanging fire with the terrorists. No casualties were reported. Additional security men were deployed at the radio building and the Armed Forces are combing the area in search of the perpetrators.
