The Supreme Constitutional Court denounced the blast that occurred inside the Boutrosiya Church next to St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Abbasiya Sunday and left scores dead and injured.

In a statement, the court said that this heinous crime left several women, children and elderly killed.

At least 25 people were killed and 49 more injured in Sunday's explosion that targeted the Boutrosiya Church which is adjacent to the St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Cairo's Abbasiya.
