King Mohammed VI of Morocco sent a cable of condolences to Nepal's President Ram Baran Yadav over the devastating earthquake which hit the Kathmandu Valley, causing wide-scale destruction.

The Moroccan king voiced full support to the Nepalese nation in its ordeal.

Over 4,000 people were killed and thousands others inured in the 7.9-magnitude earthquake, which jolted large parts of Nepal, India, Bangladesh as well as Tibet on Saturday.
