Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics has strongly condemned the attack that targeted Boutrosiya Church in Abbasiya Sunday.

Rinkevics condoles with families and friends of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery, a statement by the Latvian Embassy said Monday.
