Al Azhar's Islamic Research Academy has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a mosque that belongs to emergency forces in Saudi Arabia's Asir region.
The blast left 15 persons dead and others injured.
In a statement issued on Friday, the Academy said that such blast has nothing to do with Islam, adding that it contradicts religious values.
World countries should fight black terrorism, the statement read.
The Academy extended condolences to the Saudi government and people, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
