The general secretariat of Arab Interior Ministers Council deplored on Sunday the recent terror attack on a Bahraini police convoy.

One police personnel was killed and eight others were injured in Friday's attack.

In a statement issued by the council's media office in Cairo, the secretariat condemned the heinous attack, stressing solidarity and support for Bahrain in the face of terrorism.

The statement hailed the measures taken by Bahrain to protect its citizens
