H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, conveyed condolences of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the death of Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
This came when Sheikh Hamad, and his accompanying delegation, were received by King Salman in Riyadh today.
Sheikh Hamad also conveyed condolences of Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Accompanying Sheikh Hamad were H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, H.H. Sheikh Omar bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, Dr. Sheikh Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of Fujairah Culture and Information Department, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi and a number of senior officials.
Sheikh Hamad arrived in Riyadh earlier today and was received upon his arrival at King Salman Royal Base, by HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh, Mohammed bin Saeed Al Dhaheri, UAE Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Major General Khalid bin Fahad Al Rawdhan, Commander of the Airbase and a representative from the Saudi Royal Protocol.
