An observatory of takfiri fatwas affiliated with the Egyptian Iftaa House Tuesday condemned what it called "systematic and continued attacks of the terrorist Daesh group against human heritage."

The remarks came after the terrorist group had demolished ancient monuments in Iraq's Mosul and Ninawa.

Such barbaric attacks against human heritage reflect an intellectual deformity, according to a statement by the observatory.
