Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hossam Moghazi called for rallying the efforts of the international community, particularly the Nile basin countries, to deal with terrorism acts which pose threats to the security and safety of the people.

This came in a cable of condolences the minister sent to his Ethiopian counterpart Alemayehu Tegenu on the killing of scores of Ethiopian Christians at the hands of the terrorist group Daesh in Libya days ago.
