Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid condemned the terrorist attack, which took place in Jordan on Monday morning and targeted an office of the national intelligence agency in the Baqa’a Palestinian refugee camp near the capital Amman.
The attack left three intelligence officers and two employees killed.
Abu Zeid extended Egypt's condolences to the Jordanian government and the families of the victims.
In a statement by the ministry on Monday, Abu Zeid affirmed Egypt's full support to Jordan in confronting terrorism phenomenon.
