The Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs ( ECFA ) condemned in the strongest terms the heinous attack on El Boutroseya Church on Monday that left 23 persons dead and 49 others injured.

In a press release, the council extended his sincere condolences to the families of the victims of this despicable attack.

This terrorist attack is committed by evil hands against the Egyptian people, voicing full solidarity with the families of the victims, it said.
