Arab League Secretary General Nabil Arabi mourned the death of the head of the AL mission in Moscow Jalal Machta on Tuesday.

In a statement on Wednesday, Arabi said he highly appreciates the efforts exerted by Machta and his wise policy in handling several political issues.
