Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has sent a cable of congratulations to President George W. Carlos Fonseca of the Republic of Cape Verde on the occasion of the National Day of his country.
