HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani sent Monday a cable of congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
