The women’s clothing line is a collaboration between Holmes and her longtime stylist Jeanne Yang, and it is characterised by simple-yet-chic pieces that are very much in line with the actress’s personal style. The brand, which includes day-wear, evening-wear and handbags, launched in 2009 and is currently sold at Barneys and Harvey Nichols in London, but presenting it in New York City will open doors to new buyers and retailers and help to make it a household name. The news comes soon after the actress’s announcement that she has filed for divorce from her husband Tom Cruise. Katie recently appeared as a guest judge on an episode of “Project Runway: All Stars”.
