Courntey Love’s Home New York - Arabstoday   Courtney Love will fight eviction from her rented New York City townhouse. The singer is accused of redecorating her $27,000-a-month West Village townhouse without permission and owing $54,000 in rent. But Love, who also set the house on fire back in June with a candle, denies she has done anything wrong. “I have not fallen behind on the rent. I have been paying month to month as agreed,\' Love told the New York Post. “My rent is current, but the owner is now asking for the remaining two months to be paid upfront. Even though it is not required, I would happily pay that and another six months rent upfront if she would extend the lease for six months. I have repainted, but I asked permission, and used a painter approved by the owner.\' Meanwhile, House owner Donna Lyon will seek to have Love evicted at a December 21 court hearing, and could sue her if the house is not restored to its previous condition by February.
