The 30-year-old singer has bagged $4,253,000 for the property, having put in on the market for a modest $2,995,000. The property boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms and it has around 7,500 square feet of living space, complete with a back yard that opens up into a swimming pool. Spears is now planning to rent with fiance Jason Trawick until they find a new property to buy.
