Government Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Saqr Saqr, pressed charges on Friday against 17 people, most of them Syrians, with others Palestinian and Lebanese, 15 of whom detained on the offense of belonging to Daesh and forming a network to smuggle money from Lebanon to the outside for the benefit of the organization. 
The dossier and the arrestees were to military magistrate Riad Abu Ghaida, the NNA correspondent said.
